Personal Trainer, Fitness & Dance Instructor

Sarah offers group and one to one fitness sessions and can tailor her services to suit you and your goals.

I can advise clients on diet, create bespoke training plans and provide vital advice and encouragement along the way.

With access to a space in central Salisbury for training sessions or the ability to train in your home, Sarah can help you achieve your health and fitness goals without you having to step into a gym.

Sarah’s Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Gym Instructing
  • Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructing
  • Level 3 Personal Training

Sarah can also provide one-off fitness or dance sessions for groups, including nursery schools, schools and Scout/Guide groups. Please contact Sarah to discuss.
